Employee Spotlight

Jim Burnham brings skills in leadership and development in the senior living industry. He has experience in building Continuing Care Retirement Communities from the ground up in two states; these CCRCs continue to remain operational today. Jim was involved in developing two master plans to bring two CCRCs into profitability. He has worked on significant capital projects for other facilities, raising necessary documentation and support for independent living expansions, dining room expansions and more. Jim also brings experience in right-sizing communities to appropriately match community size, occupancy and staff.
